I quote one flat price from your photos before the visit. There is no open hourly meter, and every job stays under $1,000 in combined labor and materials.

Permit work, gas lines, structural changes, concealed plumbing, new circuits or panels, and projects over the handyman limit need the appropriate licensed trade. I will tell you plainly when a job crosses that line.

A handyman is a good fit for contained repairs and installs that need no permit. Remodels, structural work, and regulated trades belong with licensed contractors.
