Step two: I confirm the work fits my scope and send one number for the whole job before anything starts.
Step three: I arrive prepared with the agreed parts and work through the list in one visit whenever possible.
Step four: I test the work, haul the packaging, wipe down the area, and leave it ready to use.

I reply with one flat number if the job fits my scope, or point you to a licensed contractor if it does not. Every job stays under $1,000 in combined labor and materials.
