Toilet Repair

A running toilet is money going down the drain all night.

That hiss and refill every twenty minutes can waste hundreds of gallons a day, and desert water rates make sure you feel it. Most toilet problems come down to a handful of cheap parts that take me under an hour, and the hard water out here kills those parts on a schedule.

What I fix

  • Running toilets, new fill valve and flapper
  • Weak or double flushes, tank hardware replaced and adjusted
  • Rocking toilets, reset with a new wax ring and bolts
  • Leaks at the base or the supply line, sealed or replaced
  • Seats, handles, and sweating tanks sorted
  • Full toilet swap if yours is cracked or just done

What it costs

Parts for a standard rebuild are cheap, so the flat quote stays small, and even a complete new toilet installed lands under the $1,000 line. Send a photo or a short video of what it is doing and I will quote from that.

I am not a licensed contractor. California law limits my jobs to under $1,000 total for labor and materials, on work that needs no building permit. Sewer lines and anything past the flange is licensed plumber work. If the problem lives down there I will tell you honestly instead of selling you parts.

Other jobs I take all the time: TV Mounting, Ceiling Fans, Faucets, Garbage Disposals. One visit can cover several, and I work across the whole valley, see where I work.
