Bathrooms take the most daily wear of any room in a desert house: caulk shrinks in the dry heat, grout stains, towel bars work loose from the drywall, and shower doors sag off their rollers. None of it justifies a remodel crew. I handle the small bathroom repairs that make the room feel looked after again, in one visit, at one flat price.

What a typical visit covers

For tub and shower recaulking, I strip the old moldy bead completely, dry and prep the joint, and run a clean mildew-resistant line that seals properly. While I am there I can re-anchor towel bars and paper holders into solid backing, swap a flapper or fill valve in a running toilet, replace a worn shower head, and touch up stained grout lines. Send photos of everything that bugs you about the bathroom and I will quote the whole list as one job.

Scope and pricing

I bring the caulk, anchors and common parts with me. You get one flat quote from your photos before I start, and every job stays under $1,000 in combined labor and materials. Tile-setting for full walls or floors and anything behind the wall goes to a licensed contractor, and I will tell you when that is the case.
