Repair & Install

If it is broken I repair it, if it is boxed I install it

This is the catch-all service for everything on the list that does not have its own page: the gate that drags, the shelf still in its box since spring, the wobbly ceiling fan, the baby gate that needs anchoring into real studs. If it is a small job around the house, this is where it fits.

What a typical visit covers

Repairs first: doors, gates, fences, drywall, screens, fixtures, leaky faucets and running toilets. Installs second: anything flat-packed or boxed that needs assembling, anchoring, hanging or mounting, done level and into solid backing. The best way to use me is to batch it: walk the house, photograph every small thing that is broken or still in a box, and send the whole list to @fix_all_that. One visit, one flat number, whole list done.

Jobs that fit this service:

  • Furniture assembly and anchoring
  • TV mounting with cables managed
  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures
  • Gate and fence repairs
  • Drywall patches and paint touch ups
  • Faucets, disposals and toilets

Scope and pricing

Every job is quoted flat from your photos before I start, and every job stays under $1,000 in combined labor and materials with no building permit needed. Bigger than that, and I will point you to a licensed contractor instead of pretending it is handyman work.
