Faucet Replacement

Hard desert water eats faucets. Swapping them is routine.

Coachella Valley tap water is heavy on minerals, and it shows up as white crust on the spout, a handle that grinds, and a drip that never quits. A drip wastes water you are paying for and stains the sink. Swapping the faucet is a one visit job and squarely my kind of work.

What the job includes

  • Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry faucets swapped like for like
  • New supply lines, and new shutoff valves if yours are seized
  • Sprayers and soap dispensers hooked up
  • Everything tested for leaks before I pack up
  • Your faucet from the box, or one I pick up that fits your sink

What it costs

One flat number, faucet included if you want me to supply it, and a faucet swap sits comfortably under the $1,000 line. Pair it with a disposal swap or a running toilet and the visit does double duty.

I am not a licensed contractor. California law limits my jobs to under $1,000 total for labor and materials, on work that needs no building permit. Moving pipes, opening walls, or repiping is licensed plumber territory, and if your job turns into that I will stop and say so.

Other jobs I take all the time: TV Mounting, Ceiling Fans, Toilet Repair, Garbage Disposals. One visit can cover several, and I work across the whole valley, see where I work.
