Light Fixture Replacement

The fastest facelift a room can get.

Swapping a dated fixture for something you actually like changes a room more than most furniture does, and it is a small job when the wiring already exists. I swap fixtures at existing boxes all over the valley.

What I swap

• Flush mounts, pendants, and chandeliers at existing ceiling boxes
• Bathroom vanity bars and wall sconces
• Exterior porch and garage lights, plus dusk to dawn sensors
• Dimmer and smart switch swaps at existing switch locations
• Dead fixtures diagnosed, sometimes it is just the socket
• Tall entry fixtures, I bring the ladder

What it costs

One flat number per fixture, smaller per unit when I do several in one visit, and fixture swaps live far below the $1,000 line. Send photos of the old fixture and the box for the new one and the quote comes back fast.

I am not a licensed contractor. California law limits my jobs to under $1,000 total for labor and materials, on work that needs no building permit. New boxes where no fixture exists, new circuits, or panel work is licensed electrician territory, and I will tell you straight if your project needs one.
